Price of Registration:
Registration is $40.00 for the 1st child
$25.00 for the 2nd child and
FREE for the 3rd and any additional children.
Each child will also be assessed / responsible for a raffle buyout payment of $ 25.00 at time of registration.
Copy of Birth Certificate is required
Total payment for 1st Child at registration is $65.00 / 2nd child would be $50.00

We are having a party to celebrate the accomplishments of our players. The location has been changed and it is now being held in the JTL cafeteria (located at the rear of the building) . Pizza and refreshments will be provided. We will also have the raffle. Thanks and hope to see you there.
